Facilities

CBRD is housed in the new extension of the Chemical and Biological Engineering/ Chemistry Building on the SDSM&T campus that incorporates graduate and undergraduate research space. The layout of the laboratories provides for innovative ways to conduct collaborative and multi-disciplinary research. This new facility fosters the growth of rapidly emerging technologies, such as ethanol and alternative fuel production, food and agricultural processing and environmentally friendly plastics and coatings.
